Overview
Bumps the Babel 7 → 8 dev toolchain in
package.json:@babel/core,@babel/eslint-parser,@babel/plugin-syntax-jsx, and@babel/registermove to 8.x, with a minor pin bump on@babel/plugin-syntax-class-properties.
