Summary

This update revises the main CLI overview page to improve clarity and introduce new commands. It provides a more comprehensive understanding of the Mintlify CLI's capabilities.

Changes

• Reworded the introduction to better describe the CLI's purpose
• Added new sections for mint signup, mint score, mint deslop, and mint format commands
• Updated the "Preview locally" section with information about logging in for search and AI assistant support
• Renamed "Run quality checks" to "Quality checks" and updated its content
• Added a new "Manage configuration" section for the mint config command

Overview
Updates the Mintlify CLI overview (cli/index.mdx) so readers see more of what the CLI can do, not just local preview and link checks.

Adds short sections for mint signup, mint score, mint deslop, mint format, and mint config, each with a one-line description of behavior. The mint dev blurb now mentions logging in for search and the AI assistant in local preview.

Minor formatting only: hero image className attribute order, blank lines between subsections, and a small fix to the Next steps Commands link line.
