Description
Since the apps and desktop builds now use ooniprobe-rs passport client: https://github.com/ooni/ooniprobe-rs, for submission and most other api calls, we can remove all submission logic from the oonimkall package. This also allows us to replace the default submitter as the userauth credential submitter for the CLI. (#1787). We still retain the http client (
HttpDo) exposed by oonimkall since the apps make use of it. We can plan on removing them in subsequent releases.
