A focus timer. Chaidoro is a progress tracking, customizable, focus timer that works on your browser's local storage. It is designed to help you split long work into shorter focus intervals. Hopefully to help you get over procrastination and be more productive.
Chaidoro is a ChaiNET project.
Chaidoro respects your privacy by having no server. Which means the app completely runs on your device, using your choice of browser's local storage (IndexedDB) without any of your data leaving your device. This also means there is no way to synchronize your data online & automatically. Which is why there is an option on settings menu for you to download re-usable JSON file to then import it on a different browser / device. Practically allowing you to manually synchronize your progress between multiple devices without use of network.

- Built in task manager.
- Markdown notes.
- Option to hook into Nextcloud and multi device synchronization.
- Webhook / API integration (Telegram / Discord use).
- Export in CSV format.
The app is at very early stages and still under development. Hence it is possible to encounter bugs and issues. I would ask you to either submit a GitHub issue or (dev@chai.study) mail me any bugs issues you encounter so I can fix them. Thank you in advance.

Chaidoro is open for contributions and would welcome any input on direction of development.
I developed Chaidoro for the reason of privacy. I do not want to pay for subscriptions or allow my personal data being sold.
At the core, this app is made for myself and thats why it has features and style that I chose. I added small customization such as custom wallpaper and dark mode. However, I plan to add more stuff such as custom theme colors, fonts, widgets and etc. in the future.
Alternatively if you want to do it yourself then you are free to modify any piece of Chaidoro (ofcourse, you can also contribute it, if you would like me to merge it into main branch).
