I believe this addresses #38. Add environment variable
INDEX_ON_404. When set totrue, whenever a file in the source bucket is not found, it will instead pull the file fromINDEX_DOCUMENT(index.htmlby default). For a React Single Page App, this will enable reloads to work as expected.
