Hi, I'm Qian Li 👋

I'm the co-founder and CEO of DBOS, where we're building open-source developer tools to make software and AI agents more reliable.

I earned my Ph.D. in Computer Science at Stanford, where I worked on databases, distributed systems, and reliability. These days, I spend most of my time building developer tools, talking with users, and debugging production systems.

I'm a co-organizer of South Bay Systems, a community for engineers interested in systems and infrastructure.
