Replaces the old lab app tree with an Nx workspace containing the eight migrated Vite apps.\n\nIncludes:\n- Nx project config for each app under apps/*\n- Netlify site mapping and affected deploy helper\n- main push workflow for production deploys\n- PR workflow for affected Netlify preview deploys with an upserted PR comment\n\nValidated locally with npm ci --dry-run, npm run build:all, and deploy helper dry-runs.
