[codex] Add Replay QA preview testing

- Make sidebar Notifications bell and story "More" button functional (toast / overflow dropdown) instead of inert controls - Toggle search overlay closed on re-click and preserve the typed query - Darken inactive "My Feed" tab label to meet WCAG AA contrast - Add tooltips (title) to sidebar icon buttons, incl. community icons - Fetch GDELT and HN feed sources concurrently and tighten the GDELT timeout to cut /api/feed latency - Track Replay QA project id and saved bug reports under .replay/ Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
