A Type instance.

exceptionIfNotExists (Optional)

Type: System.Boolean
if true, throws an exception if type does not exists default constructor. Otherwise returns null.

Return Value

Type: ConstructorInfo
Returns ConstructorInfo or null.

Usage Note
