Not perfect, but it works for me on Linux. Needs Mac and Windows testing still, along with review overall. Opening a draft at least to get the ball rolling. Also I have no idea how this will play with the "Remove ReactiveUI" PRs/Task, next free time I have I can merge them in a testing branch and see whats up.
