Replace the placeholder image with the real changelog #32 artwork in both the frontmatter and the hero <Image>, following the /images/changelog/NN.png convention.
Remove padded phrasing (plural 'instrumentation and capture flags' for a single opt-in flag, doubled infinitives, rationale filler) and copula avoidance while keeping the established changelog voice.
