[Temporal.Headings] 'On-Demand Capacity ***************************' should use sentence-style capitalization.

A Support-set APS limit acts as a floor and is preserved when switching to Provisioned and back to On-Demand (it is not reset). Updates capacity-modes and managing-aps-limits accordingly.
