Secure
Like other crypto-currencies also ThankToken is based on established and secure cryptographic algorithms such as ECDSA and SHA-256. These algorithms are the basis of bitcoin and many other crypto-currencies.
However, unlike most other crypto-currencies ThankToken is not based on blockchain. Instead it represents value as individual ThankTokens that each have a cryptographical chain of transactions to claim the ownership.
This allows a build-in concept for cryptographic upgrading, what makes it more future-proof as it allows to silently upgrade to even more secure algorithms in the future. With blockchain you would need to start from scatch in such case.
