i decided to change the output name of all targets to use "lua54" instead of the shared library using "lua_shared" and the static equivalent, "lua_static." this is purely for cosmetic purposes, as i plan to bundle this version of lua in my projects, and i (and possibly others) would rather have the binaries match the actual distributed name.

oh and i also added gitignore filtering for common build directory names so yeah theres that too
