This PR is a live partial results view feature draft. It adds Apache Arrow based service requests, partial results view component and a JsRootGraph2DArrow component for visualizing the Arrow data directly (skipping JSON serialization for improved performance). To run it:
feature/partial-results branchA lot of stuff is hardcoded for now (works only for that one simulation type and shows only 2D graph), so this is just a draft that can be used as a starting point for future development.
