Adds a mini fab above the new download fab on the downloads/torrents tabs. Clicking it scrolls the currently visible list back to the top. Closes LivingWithHippos#343

Adds a smaller fab above the new download one on the downloads/torrents screen, like suggested in #343. Tapping it scrolls the list of the current tab back to the top.
